A Lower East Side clothing store's windows were completely shattered when an FDNY truck's tire exploded while pulling up to 160 Delancey Street. Three people suffered minor cuts, but weren't taken to the hospital, and a Snea Jeans Inc. employee said the force of the blown tire pushed her and her boss back from the window. The culprit? The truck had hit the metal part of the sidewalk, stretching its tire. [DNAinfo]
