Well here's one way to simultaneously telegraph, "I have loads of disposable income," and, "my clothes may be falling apart"— by piercing all of your outfits with $118 fashion staples, courtesy of Assembly New York. The tiny pieces of 14-karat-gold-coated flash can be affixed to clothing with a normal stapler, just like their basic wire cousins. So load up a Swingline and nail that falling-down hem in place with precious metal. Or, take Assembly's advice and, "impress your boss by turning in your next report decked out in gold. He will feel you."
