Dossier Journal is at it again with pop-up shops. Just after wrapping up its summer market with rotating vendors at the South Street Seaport, the Brooklyn-based arts magazine has teamed up with Etsy Wholesale for a Lower East Side shop that'll be open for the month of September.
According to WWD, Dossier Journal's creative director Skye Parrott and collaborator Stephanie Tran teamed up to select the 30 vendors on hand. That includes wall art, accessories, home goods, jewelry, children's clothing, and some Made in New York pieces as well.
Though the show is run by Dossier, it's an important test for Etsy as well, which plans to open its own shop near the company's new corporate headquarters at Dumbo Heights. "We are going to continue to play and experiment," with physical stores, Etsy wholesale senior program director Vanessa Bertozzi told WWD. "You will be seeing more of Etsy in real life."
They'll be open daily from 1pm through 8pm and will hold special workshops on most Saturdays. Don't think you'll be able to make it in person? Check out all the goods in their online store.
