Brazilian beachwear brand and serial popper-upper Havaianas is finally settling down with its first-ever permanent retail store in Times Square that opens this week, WWD reports—just in time for boots season, though.
As for the new store, expect colorful, tropical-themed displays along with a "focal market table" and an "Embellish Your Own Havaianas" section where you can jazz up your new flip flops with jewelry—just like in the pop-up. It's a bit on the small side at 350 square feet, but how much space do rubbery thong sandals really need?
