For the third year in a row, Miss New York took home the tiara in last night's Miss America pageant. 23-year-old Manhattanite Kira Kazantsev impressed the judges not by her piano-playing or baton-twirling abilities—in a very aca-fabulous move, she instead sat down onstage, and sang a Solo-cup version of Pharrell's "Happy," Anna Kendrick-style.
