If you're able to drop some cash on a Porsche 911, check out the luxury car brand's month-long pop-up shop at 446 West 14th Street that's dedicated to the famous model's 50th anniversary, plus the release of a special edition, when it opens on September 16th. At nearly $125,000 per car, and a leasing rate of $450 per square foot for the 4,400-square foot space, Porsche will have to sell 16 cars here to break even on their rent.
