What was once thought to be a "gentleman's club" headed to the corner of White Street and West Broadway in Tribeca might be something that's much classier. The tenant on record is quarterly magazine Man of the World, and they have plans to do something cool there—they're just not sure what: "The idea is still in development," someone from the publication has said.
