MONTAUK—The East End gets a taste of the West Coast this weekend when men's grooming line Baxter of California hosts a pop-up barber shop at the Surf Lodge Montauk. Guys can enjoy hair and beard touch-ups, stock up on free samples, and even check out live music. The pop-up will be open on Friday from 2pm through 6pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12pm through 7pm. EAST HAMPTON—Former Coach designer Reed Krakoff will have a pop-up shop for his eponymous line at Glenn Horowitz Bookseller through Saturday afternoon. Proceeds will benefit the Southampton Fresh Air Home, a camp for children with physical disabilities. At 87 Newtown Ln.
MONTAUK—Blogger Athena Calderone will host a poolside trunk show featuring Rosel at the Montauk Beach House on Friday evening starting at 8pm. Purchase spring/summer pieces or pre-order from the winter and resort collections while enjoying drinks; proceeds will benefit the NGO Skateistan, which teaches young women in countries like Afghanistan and Cambodia to skate.
