Following in the footsteps of spendy older sister Equinox (coming to Brookfield Place) Blink Fitness has leased nearly 20,000 square feet of space at 113 Nassau Street—a 30-story tower that also houses rental apartments and a language school, Crain's reports.

Blink is the latest in a string of fitness chains that are staking their claim on the Financial District ahead of Conde Nast and Time Inc's moves—SoulCycle will occupy the base of a residential building on Gold Street, and Barre Tribeca is setting up shop a few blocks north on Warren Street.
