UNION SQUARE—To correspond with their new art installation—a mural by Parsons alumna Eliana Petrides that celebrates "the spirit of summertime"—Hyatt Union Square is hosting flowering arranging classes by The New York School of Flower Design. Tickets are $30 (or free, if you're a hotel guest) and the session starts at 2:30 on Saturday, August 16th.

BUSHWICK—Vegan Shop-Up, New York City's only all-vegan market, returns to Pine Box Rock Shop in Bushwick this Saturday, August 16th from noon to 6pm.
