Former Barry's Bootcamp and SoulCycle instructor Keoni Hudoba parlayed his cult following into his own, always-packed cycling class: Cyc Fitness. Located within the DavidBartonGym at Astor Place, Cyc incorporates moves from boxing, volleyball and swimming, with some weights thrown in for extra resistance. And lest you think that this guy was born with a protein bar in his hand, Keoni has his own transformation story: the former opera singer lost over 100 pounds by sticking to a self-designed exercise regimen.
