Williamsburg's souped-up Juice Generation—complete with free WiFi, living plant wall, and a full raw food menu (sample dish: cashew cheese ravioli)—is finally open. When we stopped by earlier, it was full of models. Not even models who seemed to know each other. Just, everyone who was there happened to be a model. Do with that information what you will.
