There's been chatter about a potential spa and/or salon coming to 39 North Moore Street, but at least one thing has been confirmed: Unilever's got the lease. That gives credibility to the rumor floating around that it's going to be a Nexxus salon (they owns the haircare brand), but what about that potential Jennifer Lopez sighting at the space?
