We heard a rumor that brokers are marketing the Columbus Avenue space currently occupied by Teddy, and a sales associate confirmed that they will indeed be closing their Upper West Side location. They don't know when they'll shutter, but they are planning to reopen in Manhattan shortly after. In the interim (whenever that may be), shop one of the city's best budget stores at the Carroll Gardens and Park Slope locations. [West Side Rag]
