SOHO, UPPER EAST SIDE—Never been to a SoulCycle class before? The gym is bringing back its Soul101—its three-class introduction to cycling with extra instructors to help you master the basics—to these two neighborhood studios. MEATPACKING DISTRICT—Meet Jonathan Simkhai and shop his latest collection at Owen this weekend. On Sunday from 2pm through 4pm, customers can chat and shop with the designer while enjoying complimentary mimosas and cupcakes.
SOUTH STREET SEAPORT—All summer long, Crunch is hosting free classes at the Front/Row Lawn on the corner of Fulton and Front streets. Mondays is yoga, Tuesdays is bootcamp, Wednesdays is yoga/Pilates fusion, Thursdays is aerobics, and Fridays is dance, from African-style to Zumba. All classes are an hour long and start at 7am, and you'll need to bring your own mat for yoga and Pilates.
PARK SLOPE—Enjoy a sweet treat from Ample Hills Creamery on Saturday afternoon as they debut their new book at Annie's Blue Ribbon General Store. Stop in at 3pm to pick up a signed copy and your free ice cream.
