Updated: Steven Alan's Home Shop Is Leaving Tribeca for W'burg

The Tribeca Citizen snapped the photo to the right at the Steven Alan Home shop on Franklin Street, which is moving from Tribeca to Willamsburg. He writes:

The Franklin Street shop will close at the end of July or middle of August, and the Brooklyn one will open in October. It opened just over a year ago, in March of 2013. One has to assume that foot traffic (by which I mean the lack thereof) was an issue, and the construction on Franklin can't have helped.

As of now it's not clear where specifically they're going. Stay tuned.

Update, 7/7: Looks like the store has postponed its moved to Williamsburg. The Tribeca Citizen says it'll stay in Tribeca until the end of the year.
