Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Diane von Furstenberg has been an advocate of Google Glass from its early days (the above pic is from 2012, after all), and she recently gave the wearable tech accessory a much-needed upgrade with stylish frames that debuted earlier this month. The next stop? Rolling it out to you, the customer.

Shoppers can attend an "exclusive informational session" and fitting this weekend at both of the designer's Manhattan stores. Interested in seeing what all the fuss is about? Send an email here to RSVP for your spot at the Meatpacking District store, or here to check it out at the Soho store. The event runs on both Saturday and Sunday from 1pm through 5pm.

For more info on the collaboration, check out the link below for a video with DVF and Google lead designer Isabelle Olsson discussing the frames.
