The Queens-based Daya Yoga packed up its mats and relocated to Bushwick, and it brought an aerial yoga class with it. Aerial yoga, as you may have guessed or seen on the Real Housewives, involves a lot of hanging upside down. Other classes include core, gentle, hatha, power, and restorative yoga, Pranayama, Vinyasa, Kundalini, prenatal classes, and sessions in Spanish and Polish.
The studio will have an opening party on July 12th, and Bushwick Daily reports there will be a day of free classes—so if you're not sure if hanging upside down is your thing, test it out for free before taking the plunge and paying for it.
