Bergdorf Goodman unveiled the latest luxe addition to its beauty department last week: an Hermès counter. The counter carries fragrances and perfumes along with soaps wrapped in illustrations similar to the brand's iconic scarves and special made-to-order sets.
The new shop is just one of the new additions coming to the tony department store. The sixth floor is on track to morph into a "designer lab" of emerging brands, the shoe salon is getting a revamp, and the entire women's store is being overhauled under the five-year BG/2020 Plan.
