UPPER EAST SIDE—Can't get enough of the Charles James exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art? Neither can Zac Posen. The designer who dressed several a starlet for the Met Ball will discuss James' work and influence on the fashion industry with exhibit curator Jan Glier Reeder this Sunday at 3pm inside the Grace Rainey Rogers Auditorium. The lecture is free with museum admission.

PARK SLOPE—We've been talking about summer for a while already, but it's only just starting tomorrow, and Mavi wants to do it up right. The denim brand is throwing a block party in front of their store at 205 Fifth Aveune tomorrow between 1pm and 5pm with food, drinks, and games. They'll also unveil their contest-winning "What's Your Brooklyn?" mural.
