Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Mark your calendar and start getting excited for the first major museum exhibit of 2015, because the Museum of Modern Art just announced it will host a Björk retrospective next March. (What?!)

A snippet from the press release explains that it will "chronicle her career through sound, film, visuals, instruments, objects, costumes, and performance," and her collaborations with photographers and fashion designers will be on display.

Designers she's been linked to include the late Lee Alexander McQueen (a friend whom she wrote a tribute song for); Iris van Herpen; and of course, Marjan Pejoski, who designed the infamous swan dress. See the full release with the complete run dates below.
