Welcome to a special Weddings Week edition of Workout Wednesday: every hump-day, we'll be rounding up some of the city's hottest fitness trends and studios.
While your wedding day is the happiest day of your life, it's probably also your most-photographed day—so you'll want to be looking good underneath that dress, hair, and makeup. Whether you're trying to tone up or shed serious pounds before your big day, the New York fitness scene has several programs dedicated to brides-to-be. Click through to learn about ten bridal programs based in Manhattan, in alphabetical order.
Active Resistance Training
Go for a serious overhaul with the Bridal Bootcamp package, where you'll work out in a completely private studio with a trainer who's made a plan tailored to your body and your goals. Start with a consultation and decide whether you'd like to do their 3-day-a-week or five-day-a-week plan, depending on how far out you are from your date.
Cost: $7,000. Studio location in Soho.
Their motto "Look Better Naked" is probably meant more so for your wedding night rather than your wedding day, but no matter—their Shedding for the Wedding Program will have you looking great all day long and beyond. The two-month package includes 25 personal training sessions, nutritional counseling, and gym membership.

Exhale Mind Body Spa
Brides-to be get head-to-toe treatment with the six- or 12-week package. On the fitness side, you get unlimited Core Fusion and yoga classes and check-ins with a "Mind Body Manager." On the beauty side, you get three facials and a massage (if you're doing 12 weeks, that includes an additional facial and a meeting with a nutrition counselor). Plus, you can bring in your friends for a free, private group class at any time during the program. Extra perks include 20% off at Rent the Runway and Blueprint Cleanse.

FitBrides Boot Camp
Take advantage of the warm weather and head to the great outdoors to tone up before your nuptials. These group classes include cardio, core training, and high-intensity intervals. If you prefer to have all the attention on yourself (because, duh, it's your wedding), sign up for an individualized program that includes personal training, nutrition counseling, and fitness assessments. Both the group and solo programs last 12 weeks.

Mind Over Matter NYC
Focus on the assets that will be on display during your wedding day with customized packages. The J. Lo works your glutes and thighs; the Madonna pumps up your upper body; and the Fergie hits your midsection, both front and back. If your hubby-to-be is in need of a shape-up, they have workout packages for grooms as well.

Molly Winter Fitness
Winter goes beyond getting you slimmed and toned for your most photographed day ever—she'll customize a fitness program that'll make you look your best in the dress you've chosen. Choose between two, four, and six-month programs, as well as a group bootcamp program. You can also add on nutrition consultations.
Cost: Starts at $3,200—call for more information. Workouts available at home or at private studios in Chelsea, Midtown East, Union Square, and Upper East Side.
NY Personal Training
If you feel confident taking the reins after a little bit of guidance, try out the Wedding Dress Body Sculpting program here. You'll get five personal training sessions and a nutrition plan—try starting this a few months out so you can work on your own up to the big day.

Try out their Bridal Challenge: Take four classes per week for four consecutive weeks (several clients have "reported significant results" after one month), and receive 15% off your purchase of a 20-class pack. Feeling feisty? You can complete the challenge twice.
Cost: $36 for a single class, or $600 for a package of 20. Locations at Midtown West, Soho, Upper West Side.
No matter your level of fitness, there's no way you won't see results with a customized program from Underdog. For a minimum of 12 weeks, you'll get three training sessions per week, a personalized fitness program and gym access for non-trainer days, a meal plan, and daily diet consultations. They'll even work with you in your home or office.

Pick your program based on your date at this women-only studio. If you've only got a month until you walk down the aisle, get three personal training sessions a week (12 sessions total) and four passes to Uplift group classes. If you're three or six months out from the big date, you get two personal training sessions a week (24 or 48 total sessions), and eight or 12 passes to group classes.
Cost: $1,150 for one month, $2,200 for three months, and $4,300 for six months.
