French brand Comptoir des Cotonniers teamed up with the Brooklyn-based company Mercado Global on a set of accessories, including the above Globe Trotter purse. Each of the pieces in the collection were handmade by women weavers in Guatemala, who are taught business skills and techniques to break the cycle of poverty.
