Adding to the array of shape-up-for-summer fitness programs is Training Camp with Holly Rilinger Fitness, taught by a hottest trainer nominee. Rilinger created this four-week, twice-weekly series of workouts based on pre-season workouts she did as a collegiate and professional athlete—so you know you'll get your butt kicked.
Aside from the physical activities you'll do—high intensity interval training in a class no larger than 20 people—Rilinger will also help you keep track of nutrition and set goals for what you want to achieve over the month-long camp, making sure you get the most out of your time. Our goal would be to look bangin' in white shorts by Memorial Day—just saying.
Camp takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm in Central Park, as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am near Chelsea Piers, and costs $350 (and if you can't make every class, Rilinger will prorate you for what you can attend).
