We've done cycling, we've done TRX, and we've done yoga on a surfboard: now, it's time for the first dance cardio rendition of Racked Fit Club. This month, we're testing out the Vixen Workout, a hip-hop cardio class that was founded by "Twerkmander-in-Chief" and former Miami Heat dancer Janet Jones. It's a full body workout and you're encouraged to "get your Beyonce on."
The class is at 7pm on Thursday April 17th at Pearl Studios, 519 Eighth Avenue (studio B).

We're accepting participants on a first-come, first-serve basis, and since stuff like this is more fun with a friend, we encourage you to RSVP with a buddy. (But please, just one, and send us their name and email.) Anyone who sends an email after all of the spaces are full will be put on the waitlist.
