Rumor has it that the Manatus Greek diner that shuttered for good at 340 Bleecker Street last night is being replaced with a Calvin Klein. They only have a Madison Avenue flagship in the city, so it'd make sense that they'd want to compete downtown with fashionable neighbors such as Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, and Coach. [JVNY]
