The former home of Beacon's Closet in Williamsburg already has a new tenant—its neighbor, Vice Media. The company is keeping its old digs across the street and expanding into 88 N. 11th Street, where construction is already underway. "We're kind of expanding rapidly," said a source. [B&B]
