The first rollout of the Saks Fragrance Floor revamp had a heavy focus on DIY and niche scents, with brands like Le Labo, Aqua di Parma, Creed and Killian taking center stage. Now, the department store has put the icing on the cake with some big guns: namely, Givenchy and Dior.
WWD reports that Saks has just debuted the first fragrance shop-in-shop in the U.S. for Givenchy, which was revealed today. (Dior's La Collection Privée collection, pictured above, will follow tomorrow.) According to the paper, "L'Atelier de Givenchy is intended to be a combination of haute perfumery and couture."
Last month, Viktor & Rolf's fragrances also got a Saks shoutout via a shop-in-shop, prime retail space in the windows, and a rare appearance by the designers.
