Earlier today, we learned that Paul Smith, J. Crew, and independent bookstore Posman Books LLC are headed for Brookfield Place, the latter two being a substantial departure from the high-end tenants the site has already secured.
Additionally, the Real Deal has heard rumors that some big names—specifically, Tom Ford, Giorgio Armani, and Tiffany & Co.—are headed to the World Trade Center.
While brokers gave the site conflicting information on which Armani brand would land there, they do know that it will be at 3 World Trade Center along with Tiffany, while Tom Ford will be in a corner space at 4 World Trade Center.
Westfield Group, the Australian-based mall operator that's in charge of leasing there, had previously been rumored to be considering tenants like Victoria's Secret and Apple, which have yet to be confirmed. Michael Kors was also in that discussion, but the designer already has an accessories store coming to Brookfield Place.
Expect these stores, and several others, to open in 2015.
