Alexandra Jacobs finally made her way out to Boerum Hill to check out the "new" perfume shops Atelier Cologne and Twisted Lily (which both opened this past October). "A lot of new companies ... are predictably concentrating in the new moneyed Brooklyn," she (predictably) observed. And in the end, Twisted Lily won out over its neighbor across the block. [NYT]
