Jon Caramanica took on the behemoth Space Ninety 8 for his latest review, and to our surprise, he actually doesn't hate it. "Williamsburg is already a 4.0 or 5.0 version of itself—there's nothing left to protect. So let's not get too bent out of shape about the arrival of the Urban Outfitters concept store in Williamsburg...In fact, Space Ninety 8 can be considered a preservationist gesture, a middle-class beachhead against creeping luxury at every turn." Later on, he buys a $145 shirt. [NYT]
