Don't call it a pop up, because Artist & Fleas has returned to Chelsea Market for good this time. The Wall Street Journal reports that the husband-and-wife duo behind the Brooklyn-based marketplace, which took up residence on the 10th Avenue side of the mixed use space for much of 2013, signed a five-year lease for that 4,000-square-foot space, and will feature 30 vendors at a time.
