This week, Jon Caramanica gets let down at sneaker shop Flight 23 on West 34th Street. He writes, "There is nothing here that hasn't been seen, and barely anything worth salivating over," but adds that "maybe, in spite of its mediocrity, the store could serve as a gathering place after all.
