It's the first day of spring, and it's time to start taking that beach body training seriously—none of that wishy-washy "New Year's resolution" stuff. The women's-only Uplift Studios is here to help with their second team challenge series of the year. Called Six Weeks Til Summer, you and the three to five women randomly culled together to create a team will compete against other teams for prizes aside from toned bods.
The $499 package includes at least one isolated team workout, a Central Park bootcamp for all challenge participants, discounts on four workout classes, weekly team meetings and private email consultations with a training coach, and measurements taken at the start and the middle of the challenge.
And now, onto the rewards. Prizes will be given out to the participant who loses the highest percentage of body fat in six weeks, as well as whomever attends the most fitness classes at the studio. Each member of the winning team also receives prizes.
