Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

In the wake of the Avonte Oquendo tragedy, Swerve Fitness is inviting you to "Spin For Safety" in a charity ride on Saturday, March 29. Step up to the bike for a 2pm class and support Autism Speaks, a charity that will be providing emergency tool kits for families with autistic children in the area.

After the ride, participants can enjoy an open bar with wine, beer, Liquiteria juices, and snacks. Bloomingdale's will be providing gift bags, and DJ Alex Cecil will be providing tunes.

Tickets are $55 each, and they can be purchased here. Not into the ride, but still looking to support the cause? Purchase a "cheerleader ticket" for $30 and hit up that open bar.
