Calling all New York artists who can paint really (really, really, really) large pictures—American Apparel has put out a call for mural designs for their Williamsburg store. The bright basics chain store doesn't specify what they'd like for the 41-foot-by-16-foot wall, so it looks like just about anything goes.
The winner will receive a $500 fee for their work as well as a $500 gift card to the store, and all costs for painting supplies will be covered. Send in sketches and mockups along with samples of previous work here by April 1 to be considered.
