It's time for the latest installment of Racked Fit Club—monthly free fitness classes at some of the city's best gyms, hosted (but not taught) by us. This time, we're headed to DavidBartonGym at 4 Astor Place, for their signature Pain & Pleasure class at 6:30pm this Friday, March 14th.

Want to join? Great, because we have twenty spots to fill. To reserve a spot, send an email to email@example.com with your full name and phone number. We'll be accepting participants on a first-come, first-serve basis.Those who send emails after the first twenty have been received will be put on a wait list. If more slots open up or someone cancels, we'll contact those on the wait list in the order the emails were received.
Per the David Barton website, here's the class description: "No pain, no gain. Designed to add lean muscle mass to your body, trainers will lead you through a workout targeting three muscle groups. Using medium to heavy weights and multiple sets, this class will challenge you throughout. Results are guaranteed!"
