Move over, Whole Foods. Tribeca Citizen is saying that NYC grocery chain Gourmet Garage is opening its sixth location at 366 Broadway, smack in the middle of several residential developments that are in the works.
CEO Andy Aarons told TC that the 13,000-square foot space will include a dining area, and while it won't be a full-fledged restaurant, their eat-in options will certainly expand. "I want to have fresh-baked pastries in the morning, an East Coast oyster bar, [and] tastings with breweries," he said. Look for the market to land by the end of this year at the earliest.
