Lower Manhattan's Brookfield Place just signed another tenant: the unofficial Queen of New York, Diane von Furstenberg. Scheduled to open in 2015, the "urban mall" already has a solid lineup of retailers on the docket, including Michael Kors, Scoop, Theory, Ferragamo, and Hermès.
WWD reports that the DVF store will take up 2,000 square feet, which is larger than the Michael Kors store (1,700 square feet), but less than half the size of Burberry (5,000). The location will be Diane's third in the city, joining the Meatpacking flagship and the outpost in Soho.
