Looks like NYC can't get enough of the French. According to Fashionista, Roland Mouret, who shows in Paris but has his flagship in London, will be opening his first US store this summer on Madison Avenue. While they don't specify an address, they know that the space will be 1,400 square feet and will house ready-to-wear, bridal, accessories, and even reissued pieces from his archives.

Update: A well-informed tipster tells us it'll be 952 Madison Avenue.

"America was the first international market to support me, so it was important for me that it also be the site of my first store outside of the UK," said Mouret, whose designs are currently available at Bergdorf's.

"I wanted to create the world of Roland Mouret for amazing American women who want to discover my clothes, to build an atmosphere where she feels relaxed. This is a store but also a home away from home."
