Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Say goodbye to SoulCycle Tribeca as we know it. Starting tomorrow, the studio will be closed for three days to begin renovations, and then will only be running classes out of Studio A through Memorial Day Weekend. They expect to be completely finished with the upgrade by Labor Day.

According to their note, their plans are pretty massive. "We'll be updating and improving the sound in BOTH STUDIOS, expanding the women's and men's locker room (can you say more showers?), and adding additional lockers upstairs and downstairs!"

To make up for the lost space in Tribeca, Soul will be adding extra classes at their West Village studio.
