Over the weekend, the Commercial Observer released the rendering above of 935 Madison Avenue, a 14,000-square foot retail space next to the Whitney museum at 74th Street. The property is currently on the market, and the real estate agent said that he's been talking to "a broad range of high-end brands."
Any ideas of what could be going there? At first, we thought of the new Marc Jacobs flagship, but he's likely already locked down a space for that. Think you know what's going there—or wishing hard for a favorite that has yet to land in NYC? Let us know in the comments section.
