It's official: Apple is landing in Brooklyn. The New York Post reports that several sources are confirming a 20,000-square-foot store headed to 247 Bedford Avenue—the former home of King's Pharmacy that was previously rumored as a potential location this summer (real estate representatives denied this at the time). There's no word on when it plans to open, but extensive renovations on the site should be completed in April 2015.

It's joining a slew of other big chains on that stretch of the avenue, like the forthcoming, souped-up Whole Foods and the just-landed J. Crew/Madewell one-two punch.
