Prince William and The Duchess Formerly Known as Kate Middleton touched down at JFK less than 24 hours ago, and the royal couple has already put a major dent in their NYC itinerary. Let's recap!

Kate deplaned wearing a plum tweed coat by British label Seraphine (who, coincidentally, just opened a store on West Broadway last month), while Will went with all navy everything. After nodding politely at a group of Union-Jack-waving onlookers, they were whisked away to The Carlyle, where, instead of raiding the mini bar snacks—as one does after a long journey—Kate changed into a black lace Beulah London dress and Will put on an even bluer suit for a dinner at a private residence in Gramercy Park benefitting their own Royal Foundation.

But the real excitement starts today. Kate plans to visit the Northside Center for Child Development in Harlem with Chirlane McCray and attend a luncheon at the British Consul General's home, while Will is off to Washington D.C. to catch up with Barack Obama, NBD. Then, this evening, they'll reunite at Brooklyn Nets game where the probability of them hanging out with Jay-Z and Beyonce—or at least having a moment on the Kiss Cam—is reasonably high.
