MMA 'Fight Shop' Opening on the Lower East Side This Month

On a block that's bookended with American Apparel and Alexander Olch, why not throw a shop dedicated to MMA apparel—specifically, East Coast MMA—in between? The Fight Shop, Bowery Boogie reports, should open within two weeks, thought the caption for the above photo says "Store is about a week away from opening!!"

It's a relocation of their Williamsburg shop at 100 Bayard Street that recently closed, and there's another shop on Long Island as well. Devotees of the sport can shop branded tees and sweats, much of which is printed with NYC logos, along with "fighting shorts", training equipment, and kids gear.
