In the same way that its technicians rip away your unwanted hairs, Completely Bare is ripping away its old image—name included. Today, the New York-based waxing and laser hair removal salon debuts its rebirth as Spruce & Bond, which not only includes a new website and logo, but a more refined customer experience.

That includes simplifying its treatment menu down to just waxing, laser, and brow maintenance (which was added last year), and introducing uniform price points: eyebrow shaping is $50, the signature bikini wax is $75, and five sessions of laser hair removal for the bikini area is $1,500. Treatment rooms will also be upgraded, as will online booking.

In addition to all of that, Spruce & Bond is in expansion mode—both inside and outside of New York. They plan to open six more salons in the next 18 months, adding to their locations on the Upper East Side, in the Flatiron District, and in Noho, as well as one in Westchester County—though their next target city was not specified. The brand will also be toying around with at-home service, pop-up shops, shops-in-shop, and more in the near future.
