The family that juices together...files lawsuits against each other? The New York Post is reporting that chain founder Marcus Antebi suing his father, David, who owns a franchise on Third Avenue (though the paper doesn't specify which Third Avenue location) for a sign in his store that reads: "We are the only independently owned and operated Juice Press store in the chain. We hope you will continue to purchase all your juices, smoothies and food from us."
Marcus also wants unauthorized items like the Chia Fireball juice and the Apple Cobbler taken off the menu. Guess rapid expansion is bound to come with a few hiccups.
