SOHO—Check out the launch of Norwegian shoe designer Helene Westbye at the newest International Playground location tonight from 7pm to 9pm. Get into the Nordic spirit with themed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while shopping the latest collection.

LITTLE ITALY—Celebrate the grand re-opening of Piccoliny, a boutique for quirky children's tees, books, toys, and more at 167 Mott Street, with owner Alex Zagami tomorrow starting at 6:30pm.
