Fitness maven Tracy Anderson, trusted by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and J. Lo for her body-shaping powers, is bringing her workouts to living rooms worldwide—as long as the owners of those living rooms are willing to shell out $475. As part of her brand expansion and website redesign, Anderson debuted her first live-stream class on Wednesday morning, which will be available for a full week before it's replaced with next week's class.

"You have me today. You have me in the moment. You have me in real time," Anderson told Well + Good, explaining how the live stream is better than her well-known DVD series. For those who aren't familiar with her Method, videos of trainers demonstrating breakdowns of key movements will be included.

Anderson recommends doing the class "every day!", which makes sense to get the most bang for your buck. At $475 for six months of video access, a daily sweat session would bring you to $3.73 per workout—but if you only did each new class once, that would notch it up to $25.96.
