A woman in Illinois is trying to trademark the phrase "I Can't Breathe"—the last words of Eric Garner as Staten Island police had him in a chokehold earlier this year. She has no connection to his family, and says she has been using the phrase on clothing items like hoodies since late August—but isn't in it for the money. [Racked]
